Sunrise will be about an hour and 15 minutes after the NOTAM closes. 
Given the current overnight temperatures combined with it likely being 
about as dark as the inside of a cow out at the R/C field I don't think 
we need to worry about crowds of people clamoring to fly.  It's on the 
calendar though.
