[AlaskaRC] Rent-A-Cans

The rent-a-can at Groeschel field will be removed for the winter and will
return in the spring.  I don't know the exact date that they will pick it up
- so if you go out there this weekend or next, don't be surprised if it is
missing in action.

 

The Elmendorf rent-a-can will remain in service.
