Not sure if any changes made in past hour but when I pull it up from home
office on MTA DSL it is almost instantaneous?

It must be something on GoDaddy, I've been able to pull it up once but 
according to:

  http://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/www.alaskarc.org

it's currently down.  It looks like a performance issue to me - with 
enough patience it loads.  If this persists, I'll contact GoDaddy.
