Hey Colin;

It's been 17 years!!!!!!!     Yeah, I would say a bit has changed over the years.

Will you be in town long?  Give me a call at 440-0478

Hope to talk to you soon.  Maybe we could both fly Edison's airplanes.

Bob Stephens

Hi Bob,

  I was an ARCS member 17 years ago while in the Military, young Captain at the time.  Happen to be in town this weekend and was wondering if folks still fly out on the Elmendorf field?  Stopped by and it didn't look like there was much activity out there.   Also looked like the railroad took a bite out of the west end of the runway.

V/R,

The Second Annual Gary Rude Memorial IMAA Fun Fly will be this coming Saturday and Sunday (July 30 and 31) at Groeschel Field.

This event will be just like the Hal Horton Fun fly except there will be overnight camping.  There will be a hot dog feed on Saturday and (hopefully), a  potluck Saturday evening.

The theme will be big birds but please bring anything that flies and plan to have fun.

Mark your calendars, more details to follow.......
