Hello all,

Once again Reeves is graciously hosting the annual ARCS event
scheduling meeting on Saturday, January 15th, beginning @ 1 PM.

Lunch will be provided and anyone interested in the scheduling of events 
for the 2011 season is welcome.

Bring your calendars and an idea of what events you would like to see
in the upcoming season!
