I've updated the base access information on the club website under 
Flying Fields in the main menu:

As Armand mentioned, if you've already picked up your card for this 
year, you'll need to go back in and get a new one.  The good news is the 
process looks like it's simpler and easier.  There are now 3 locations 
to get the cards and the base is conducting the background check so we 
no longer have to furnish our own.

Please let me know if you find any discrepancies between your experience 
and what we've documented.  This is a new procedure for everyone and we 
may need to make some adjustments in the docs.
