[AlaskaRC] Thank You EAA for supporting AMA

Thank you to AMA members and their partnerships with the Experimental
Aircraft Association for stepping up and commenting positively in support
of model aviation to the FAA Interim Rule Re-interpretation. EAA was one of
30,000 that commented during the open comment period to the FAA.
