This doesn't tell about him climbing up an embankment to a highway where he
hitch-hiked into the closet town to seek medical aids. The first few car
passed him by.. who'd want someone that looked as beat up as he did in their
car? Finally a good soul stopped and picked him to give him a ride into
town.
