[AlaskaRC] Transmitter to be auctioned at the club meeting.

NOTICE: The club is auctioning off a brand new transmitter at the upcoming meeting. A Tactic TTX650 spread spectrum radio system, 20 model memory, wireless trainer system, push button programing, and compatible with all SLT receivers and Tx-R aircraft.

The auction's reserve amount will be announced at the beginning of the auction.
All proceeds go to the club.
