Update George: I visited George last evening and he is doing pretty well. He is recovering from a stroke - mild stroke I guess - and is being evaluated every day for improvement and he is undergoing physical therapy for about three hours a day. He said it is a lot more difficult than flying the F-4U Corsair which he did in his youth. His humor is very good and he is determined to get back to being more normal for a 92 year old codger, As far as where he is right now… he can walk ok but drags his left leg, speech and reading are good, eye sight bad with only the left one functional. Hands are good and his smile is affected on his right side. The care providers seem to like him… go figure, and he has no monitoring equipment that needs to be hooked up to him. I was very encouraged after visiting him.

That’s it for now. I’ll give updates for those interested from time to time.

Mark / ARCS pres.

The Edo single float and that beaver of ketchum's scale model that's hanging in Anchorage House of hobbies. Sure. Miss those day's. Ray

He is still one of a great group of friends from ARCS that I enjoyed many great times with and I really hope we get a chance to get past whatever it was I did.
