[AlaskaRC] REMINDER: ARCS Zoom Practice Today at 5:30 PM

It seems like during the actual meeting, the Pres should mute all of the
microphones so we don't heave everyone talking over him and each other.
Folks can raise their hand if they want to add something.

We've been having bandwidth problems, so my wife had disabled both the
camera and the microphone on my machine trying to eliminate the problem.
I'm back to full strength now!
