[AlaskaRC] Fwd: Remote ID Summary to AMA Leaders

This has come together much better than I expected. Having dealt with the FAA for 50+ years, this is the first time I can recall that the FAA came across nicely and really did work with the hard working AMA reps.
Also, the 400’ restriction removed for AMA fields.  
A remote possibility is that we may gain more members in the club when the outsiders see what they are up against.
