[AlaskaRC] Groeschel Field

This is to inform ARCS members that Groeschel Field is now open.
However, today the Temporary Flight Restriction imposed by the FAA is still
in effect until 7 PM this evening, unless canceled earlier.
The road into the field is dry, however there are ruts in a couple of
spots. They will not cause you problems, so please stay on the road. Do not
drive on the side or into the fields.
