[AlaskaRC] Road Improvement Project Schedule

Sorry for the late notice to all however the Gravel is scheduled for
delivery Tuesday Morning 10/3/2023. I will be onsite and welcome anyone to
come help, supervise, or spread gravel to come on out.
Weather forecast looks good let's hope all goes as planned.
