out to Fairbanks for the W&W this year? Last year was huge out there. Great
food, tons of great people, awesome field (but longer than a 10 minute drive),
awesome water strip, great contests (Sat & Sun) and great food. I plan to go
for at least 3 or 4 days this year. Mike (Badadada) Davis, Tom (I am Christophe)
Risdal, Lynn and Bob (The Brisket-Maker) Alexander, and Marty Hall (just to name
a few) have done a great job over the last few years with the W&W.
Everyone should check it out at least once.</FONT></DIV>

<DIV>I have found that in this world there are leaders and followers,
the guys that will roll up thier sleeves and get it done for the greater
good, and the guys that whine and complain but ultimately end up
enjoying what others have worked very hard to put in place. If you
refuse to be a leader and wont step up to the plate to make sure every
one in the club has the OPTION to fly at a nice field, why then would
you try to block their hard work. I have been the one to dedicate
alot of time, my own money and resources to assure a flying site for our
club, and have yet to have one person tell me that they did not
appriciate the efforts that were put forth for them to enjoy. If
you refuse to "put up" a good option is to "shut up".</DIV>

becomeing one large instillation by 1 January it will be
