[AlaskaRC] ARCS field info now on website

I've now got at least rudimentary information about all our fields
(including the proposed Groeschel field) up on the ARCS website at
http://www.alaskarc.org/  The Storck Park permit is up and available so
take advantage of this great weather tomorrow!  In addition there is
more specific location and runway layout info for the Groeschel field.

Now that I have more accurate lat/long for our fields, I'll also update
the AMA so the fields show up properly when people search for Alaska
fields from the AMA site.

I know some of the text is getting clipped in the tables - I'm working
on that.  Now that the flying site info is up, my next two priorities
are getting the on-line ARCS sign-up form up and publishing the
membership contact roster for those logged into the site.  I'll respect
your indication on the ARCS membership form regarding whether you want
your information made public. 

Get out there and bag some flight hours for me this weekend!  I'm off to
help the family prepare for the Gold Nugget triathlon.
