[AlaskaRC] Elmendorf Runway Plowed

As of today (Fri Feb 4th, 11) the Elmendorf (RC) runway is clear of snow and ready for business.
A HUGE thanks out to Mr. Tomato (Mike Mosesian) for taking care of that for the rest of us!
